My name is Cristiana and I am a biomedical engineer. I was born in the beautiful landscapes of the Dolomites and “few” years afterward I moved to Turin to specialize in biomedical engineering.
Throughout my studies, I have realized that technology and engineering can create great improvements in human lives and I decided I would have loved to work as part of this amazing field called bioengineering.
I am an open-minded and curious person, who strongly believes that sharing and curiosity are the engines of development. I experienced the sharing of cultures during my abroad experiences and I am sure that this taught me to always push my thoughts beyond my limits and to act accordingly.
What advice would you give to a young professional interested in following your steps?
Be always humble and curious, listen very carefully to people around you and do not ever hesitate to ask questions and share your ideas.

I joined Kickigai as an ambassador because I believe in the power of communities: sooner or later everyone in life might feel lost and in that very moment the most useful hint a person can receive comes from peers.
